Kidderminster hauled themselves off the foot of the table when they twice came from behind to collect a shock 3-2 win over their high-flying opponents Scunthorpe.
Jan Molby was left delighted as his side scrapped for everything to halt a dismal run of just one win in ten games.
Scunthorpe, lying second in the table, looked to have the tools to dismantle the home side who were low on confidence and badly hit by injuries. Twice they got in front but both times showed falls at the back to allow the plucky Harriers to get on level terms.
Both goals came from poacher supreme Ian Foster and then Kelvin Langmead put the icing on the cake when he banged home a stoppage time winner.
Kidderminster had previously failed to score more than one goal in a game this season and trailed after only 18 minutes. Ian Baraclough's corner found its way through to Steve Torpey at the far post and he threaded home his shot through a ruck of players.
The visitors' lead lasted only eight minutes, as a rare mistake by Scunthorpe skipper Andrew Crosby let the home side back in. His stumble allowed Langmead to feed Foster, whose 18-yard drive took a deflection on its way past keeper Paul Musselwhite.
Scunthorpe went back in front in the 58th minute when the home defence was slow to clear and Paul Hayes steered in his sixth goal of the season from close range.
But Kidderminster refused to give in and were level again after 69 minutes, substitute Steve McMahon driving a cross to the near post for Foster to sweep home through the keepers legs.
Three minutes into stoppage time full-back Shaun Cooper lifted a clever ball over the top of the Iron defence and Langmead raced onto it before scoring with a great angled drive.
