Laws, speaking to the Wednesday official website, said: "I'm delighted to bring Ben to the club and we've already seen this morning in training that he is very sharp in and around the box.
"He's a good finisher with plenty of pace and we should forget his age it's all about his ability."
The Israeli is currently his country's youngest ever player after making his debut against Ukraine in February 2007 and should be available to play for Wednesday against Cardiff on Saturday.
