HM Revenue and Customs applied for the order after the Robins defaulted on a £600,000 VAT bill, and follows a similar order in January.
But non-executive vice chairman Mark Devlin said: "We have been asked to pay outstanding moneis to the Inland Revenue, but the situation is under control.
"It is already partly paid, and we were a little surprised this issue has gone public, as confidentiality was part of our agreement.
"Publicity of these issues just causes people to panic, and there is really no need as the issue will soon be closed."
