Swansea reach play-off final

The semi-final tie was balanced at 1-1 after the first leg at the Liberty Stadium, but Knight struck twice in the opening quarter of an hour at Griffin Park to send the Swans into the final.

They will play either Huddersfield or Barnsley, who meet in the second leg of their semi-final on Monday.

The final will be held at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff on May 27.
