Veteran Northern Ireland international defender Murdock has been brought in to add strength and stability to the backline.
Ex-Liverpool youngster Otsemobor has been signed to shore up Harford's defence, which leaked so many goals last season as his side was relegated from the Championship.
They join Gregor Robertson and Lee Williamson at Millmoor.
