Jamal Campbell-Ryce's agent says that a number of teams are monitoring the 23-year-old former Charlton winger, who has put in a series of eye-catching performances for the Millers.
Agent Richard Cody said: "Crystal Palace are definately interested in him and I've heard that Leeds are very keen as well.
"There's quite a lot of teams looking at him, and I'll have to speak with [Millers' boss] Mick Harford shortly before we know what the next stage is."
Centre-back Chris Swailes, who played a vital role in the double promotion and Championship survival of the Ronnie Moore era is in talks with League Two side Darlington.
Meanwhile, QPR are reported to be interested in fellow defender Shaun Barker.
Rob Scott, Paul Warne (both to Oldham) and Darren Garner (released) have already left Millmoor.
These departures could leave Harford with much work to do ahead of the Millers' first season back in League One.
The ex-Wimbledon striker has completed his first summer signing in Nottingham Forest's Scottish full-back Gregor Robertson, and has been linked with a swoop for Swindon's Sammy Igoe, but he faces competition from Andy Ritchie's Barnsley for the midfielder's signature.
