Harford was sent to the stands after kicking a water bottle in frustration during the 2-0 loss at Port Vale on September 3.

Millers defender Shaun Barker was also sent off during the match.

After the match Harford criticised Lewis' decision to punish him for kicking a bottle, but the FA say they will not take the matter further.
