Peterborough transfer list 12 players

Darren Ferguson has led the Posh to back-to-back promotions and last week promised to make major changes to his squad in a bid to maintain their forward momentum.

Defenders Chris Westwood and Shane Blackett, midfielder Sergio Torres and striker Liam Hatch headline the list of players now made available for transfer.

The others who have been told they can leave London Road are Mark Tyler, Daniel Blanchett, Craig Braham-Barrett, Kieran Charnock, Alfie Potter, Scott Rendell, Rene Howe and Kwesi Appiah.

Posh are also close to sealing a deal to sign winger Tommy Rowe from League One side Stockport County.
