The 27-year-old is looking forward to starting a new chapter in his career after spending the last four seasons at Adams Park.
"This is a new challenge for me and one I am really looking forward to," he said.
"It was really sad for me to leave Wycombe, but I want to play at the highest level I can and this move is a good one for me.
"Wycombe were fantastic to me. The management, team-mates and the supporters were so nice to me and I really wish them well in the future."
