Oldham won't allow players to leave

Striker Chris Porter and winger Chris Taylor have both being linked with moves away from the Latics, but Corney says, if anything, boss John Sheridan will be allowed to sign players - rather than sell.

"I'd like to see someone coming in and John knows he can bring someone in. It's a case of finding the right person," Corney said.

"It's very important that we keep the current players together, we've got great team spirit here.

"If we sell any players on we would only have to bring someone into replace them it's not in our interests to sell whatsoever.

"I can state categorically that no-one will be leaving during this transfer window."
