Hull's Windass has operation

The 38-year-old frontman missed the draw with Norwich City on Tuesday and is expected to be sidelined for around ten days.

Windass has netted 12 goals this season for the Tigers.

"Dean had some cartilage trimmed, the operation usually keeps people out for between seven and 10 days," said manager Phil Brown.

"But tnowing Dean, he will want to be back for this Saturday."
