"Everything has gone to plan since we arrived.
"The training sessions have been good and I've been very impressed with the lads because of the heat.
"They are sensible and taking on lots of liquid and I am impressed with how fit they look. However, there is fitness and there is match fitness, but we are here to work on that.
"The message to the lads is enjoy it. We are here for a serious competition and not just to make up the numbers. I expect the lads to give 100% all of the time and I know they will do."
