The 30-year-old has yet to feature for the Monkey Hangers this season after suffering knee cartilage damage last term.
But the defender can see a light at the end of the tunnel,
He said: "I've spent quite a long time on the injury list this season so it'll be good to be back.
"I've had quite a bit of company recently though with Joel Porter, James Brown, Eifion Williams, Matty Robson and more recently Adam Boyd.
"There's a few long days in the gym but you've got to do it. But all the hard work will pay off in the next few weeks and I'll be able to play again."
