It means that administration is no longer an immediate threat for the cash-strapped North East Lincolnshire club.
But, they do still have a list of creditors who could demand payment for money they have put into the Cods.
The Cods Supporters Trust have raised almost £25,000 towards a 'Keep The Mariners Afloat' fighting fund.
Cods chairman John Fenty told the Grimsby Telegraph: "We are pleased to get this matter resolved although it's not an end because there's now a lot of hard work that needs to be done to raise the funds.
"We need to develop a situation where our creditors sign up a standstill agreement where they can't look to recover their loan during the payment period.
"It is very, very important that we get this agreement in place. What we can't do is start the repayment, only for others to call loans in that could prevent meeting those obligations that the club is committed to."
