Forest agree deal for Rochdale's Holt

The 24-year-old will hold talks over personal terms with Forest boss Gary Megson on Thursday.

If the move goes through he will become the second new arrival of 2006 at the City Ground, following the arrival of Julian Bennett from Walsall.

Holt has scored 14 goals for Dale in League Two this season, haing netted 24 times last year.
