The Swans didn't escape relegation until the final day of the season last term but the first month of the new season has seen Flynn take the Welshmen from relegation candidates to real promotion contenders.
Flynn's men have picked up 12 points in the opening five games to take them top of the league, scoring an impressive fifteen goals along the way and conceding nine.
They ended the month in impressive fashion with a 4-1 victory over Mansfield Town who had previously been the Division's form team, going into the game having scored eight goals to no reply in their last two games.
