The Wolves midfielder, 20, suffered damaged ankle ligaments during Saturday's defeat at Walsall.
"Unfortunately he has a bad injury and will not feature again this season," manager Roberto Di Matteo told the club's official website.
Di Matteo is also waiting on the fitness of defender Sean O'Hanlon ahead of the play-offs, which will see his side likely take on Scunthorpe or Tranmere in the semi-finals.
"We will see how Sean recovers [from a knee problem] in the next few days.
"He'll see another specialist on Thursday and we hope it's not as bad as it might have been, we'll have to see if we can get him back for one of the play-off games."
