Coleman sacked by Coventry

The Championship season is only two days old, but the first managerial sacking of the summer has already taken place with Chris Coleman relieved of his duties in charge of Coventry City.
The Sky Blues finished 19th in the table, and ended the campaign in disappointing style with a 4-0 home loss to Watford - who had not won away all season - on Sunday.
"I enjoyed a very close working relationship with Chris and it's been a pleasure to work with him since his arrival," said Coventry chairman Ray Ranson.
"The board would like to place on record their thanks for his efforts over two and a half years.
"We will not be rushed into finding a successor and the board will explore every avenue to appoint the right manager to take Coventry City forward."
Plymouth Argyle have released David McNamee, Yoanne Folly and Lloyd Saxton. Romain Larrieu, Yala Bolasie and Karl Duguid have been offered contracts to stay, while Argyle also expect to sign the defender Bondz N'Gala - who played twice on loan for Scunthorpe earlier this season - from West Ham.
