City's Keogh on Shrimpers radar

The 21 year old spent most of last season out of favour at Ashton Gate and had loan spells with Carlisle and Cheltenham, and Tilson has admitted to making an enquiry.

"Richard is someone we have enquired about signing," Tilson told the Southend Echo.

"That's as far as it's gone so far and we're waiting for Bristol City to get back to us with more news."
