The Spireites have already sold over 2,000 season tickets so far, and the chairman wants to repay the fans faith by bringing in more additions like last week's signing of winger Paul Hall from Tranmere.
Hubbard said: "We aim to repay the faith of our fans by backing Roy's efforts to strengthen the team with some quality signings.
"We're not out of the woods financially but buying season tickets at these levels should help us turn the corner."
