Chester in transfer row

The 25-year-old finished top scorer for the Blues as they stormed to the Conference title last season, but his transfer may come under scrutiny.

Boston manager Steve Evans said: "Chester owe us money and they have not paid.

"They have been given extra grace by chairman Jon Sotnick to pay the final instalment for Daryl Clare but they've not done it.

"It doesn't surprise me but I know Chester will come under enormous pressure from the Football League."
