Bristol City target Motherwell's Partidge

The 26-year-old is free to leave Fir Park, as Well boss Terry Butcher wants to free up cash to strengthen his squad.

Butcher said: "There are negotiations with Bristol City to buy David Partridge, that is ongoing at the moment.

"It does free some funds up for players to come in, and it could be a busy week, a very busy week."
