Stewart is one of three top-line forwards at Bristol City, and the 32-year-old wants to fire the Robinsto promotion.
"I feel like I'm ready to go now," he told the club's official website. "I feel fit and I think I proved that with the two goals.
"Hopefully the manager will pick me next Saturday when it matters, but if he doesn't I won't be spitting my dummy out. I'll just knuckle down and get on with it.
"It's two from me, Bridgey (Michael Bridges) and Brooks (Steve Brooker) for the striking positions and the good thing is we are all on the same wavelength. I needed 90 minutes and I think I did alright with both of them."
