The 21-year-old, who will remain at the Withdean Stadium until January 3, is expected to feature in Tuesday's League One encounter with Leicester City.
Adams told Albion's official website: "We're delighted Bradley has agreed to join us on loan until the new year.
"He's a six-foot-plus attacking midfielder who can play either centrally or on the wing and is also capable of scoring a goal.
"With Glenn [Murray] and Nicky [Forster] injured, our priority has always been to bring in a striker, and it remains so - but that does not prohibit us from improving other areas of the team and I'm sure Bradley's arrival will improve the squad."
