Trust chairman Brian Burgess said: "This is the last-chance saloon for the fans if they want to own the club outright.
"We are still £150,000 short of the £1m we needed to raise to complete the takeover from owner Ron Noades and we only have until Tuesday to find it.
"The alternative is for us to help the existing Brentford board negotiate with an outside investor to put money in."
