Brentford boss Martin Allen has won the League One Manager of the Month award for February.
"He did fantastically well for us, and his departure proves that if players do well here they will have the chance to move up to a higher level," Allen told Sky Sports News.
Watford boss Adrian Boothroyd took the honours in the Championship, with Lincoln's Keith Alexander recognised in League Two.
