He said: "This club has been to the top and has got to go back up there.
"The only way to do that is by having players who are ambitious and want to go up. I've known nothing else in my career but win, win, win. Nothing less is good enough.
"You know it will be tough but with the commitment of everybody at this club we can get out of this division."
