The 22-year-old former Tamworth man come to the south coast in search of first team football and to help the struggling Cherries out in an injury crisis.
"Aaron has done very well since he's been here, but the form of Ibrahima Sonko and Ivar Ingimarsson has meant he hasn't really had an opportunity," said Royals director of football Nick Hammond.
"On top of that the reserve-team fixtures are not very well structured, so spending time at Bournemouth presents a very good opportunity to get some games under his belt.
"Sean O'Driscoll has a very good set up down there and it will be a good environment in which to further his learning."
