The 25-year-old Irishman is reportedly wanted by Watford, but Grayson says that no firm offers have yet been made.
"People can put bids in for Wes, they are within their rights to do that,"
he told The Gazette.
"If a bid does come in myself and the chairman will get together and make the right decision for the good of the football club.
"We ourselves have had bids come back from other clubs saying it is not acceptable or not near their valuation, so you then decide if you want to bid higher.
"At this moment we have had no bids come in for Wes. If they do come in then we'll have a look at it, consider it and decide what's right for the player and the football club."
