And Alexander, whose side need just a point to secure a third successive play-off finish, is cautiously optimistic of his sides chances of promotion.
He said: "We need to make sure we consolidate our position in the play-offs first and foremost.
"Then we can push on from there, which is something everyone at this football club will be trying to do."
