Saturday's first leg was marred by arrests before and after the game, although it has been claimed none of those arrested were Iron fans. Rival supporters were kept apart throughout the day.
Three of those arrested on Saturday have been charged with public order offences, and will appear at Licnoln City Magistrates Court on May 16, the rest were released without charge.
Humberside Police watched Saturday's events carefully, and will stage one of the biggest operations ever seen for a football match at Glanford Park - promising a `zero tolerance policy`.
Fans without ticket are being urged not to waste their time turning up at the ground as they will not be allowed in, while fans who arrive drunk will be refused entry to the ground.
Insp Andy Watson told the Scunthorpe Telegraph: "There were public order offences in Lincoln and we are already geared up for that here.
"Any hooligans will be subjected to our zero-tolerance policy. If they step out of line they will be arrested.
