2000 tickets have been made available for Leeds United, but SUFC are aware that Leeds fans may try to purchase tickets for the home end.
Chief Executive Don Rowing has said though that anyone in the home stands wearing Leeds united colours will be asked to leave.
"We are not trying to put people off, merely trying to ensure there is no trouble on the day caused by fans getting in the wrong areas," said Rowing.
"It would be helpful if fans coming to buy tickets would bring some confirmation with them that they live in the Scunthorpe area and are Scunthorpe fans."
Season ticket and voucher holders can purchase tickets for the game from this Monday, with tickets going on general sale from Jan 02nd.
The match is all-ticket, so if you can't get hold of a ticket don't bother trying to get into the ground.
