United to seal Hooper deal

Hooper, 20 joins United on a 3year deal, after rejecting contract offers from Cheltenham and Stockport.

He scored 11 of his 13 goals last season in League Two, and League One new boys Hereford had approached Southend with an offer for the former Grays Athletic striker.
