They will host the League Two side during the week beginning Monday November 3.
It is the Iron's third home tie in the competition this season, having beaten Notts County and Grimsby Town - both also League Two sides - in North Lincolnshire
The other ties in the northern section see Leicester City handed a tricky trip to Rotherham United, Tranmere Rovers face Morecambe and Bury travel to Darlington.
In the southern section, Shrewsbury Town host Dagenham and Redbridge, Swindon Town travel to Brighton and Hove Albion, Luton Town face a tough trip to Walsall and Bournemouth host Colchester United.
