Iron boss Brian Laws confirmed on Wednesday that Ian Baraclough would be staying on for at least another 12 months.
Peter Beagrie, Wayne Graves, Paul Hayes, Richard Kell, Paul Musselwhite, Andy Parton, Michael Rankine, Kevin Sharp and Nathan Stanton are also out of contract at the end of the season and are waiting to find out if they will be offered deals.
Laws has also revealed that an unamed midfield player has agreed to join the club for next season.
