The match - the first competitive meeting between the two sides - will take place at Glanford Park on Wednesday September 22, kicking off at 7.45pm.
It will be shown live on Sky Sports. It is category A, meaning the Grove Wharf and Scunthorpe Telegraph Stands will be priced at £25 for adults, £18 for seniors and U21s and £11 for U16s.
The terrace will be £21 for adults, £16 for seniors and U21s and £11 for U16s.
Season ticket holders will be able to reserve a ticket online on Thursday September 2 and Friday 3, they will be available from Glanford Park in person or over the phone from Saturday 4 and Monday 6.
Supporters in the club's Iron Member scheme can purchase can reserve a ticket online from 5pm on Monday 6, and via the ground or telephone on Tuesday 7 and September 8.
On Thursday 9 and Friday 10 tickets will go on restricted sale to people who also purchase tickets for the home games against Bristol City or Ipswich Town in the Championship. Tickets will then go on general sale on Monday 13.
Only supporters on the club's database can purchase tickets. Anyone who has purchased a ticket - for a home or away game, or either of the Wembley trips - in the past five years and provided a name will be on the list and eligible.
