The Swans have won all four competitive games at the Liberty Stadium this season - defeating Barnet in the Carling Cup, then Preston, Burnley and Coventry in the Championship.
They have only conceded one goal in those games - a consolation for the Sky Blues on Saturday night - but Rodgers warned of a hard game ahead.
The Iron recorded an impressive 4-0 win at Sheffield United on Tuesday in Ian Baraclough's first-match as caretaker manager, and opened the campaign with a 2-1 success at Reading.
"I just know it's going to be a tough game. They've had a couple of good results away from home - at Reading and now Sheffield United," said Rodgers.
"So if anyone thinks it's going to be another easy performance those results will show you that it won't be like that, but I have confidence in the players and am looking forward to the game."
