Sparrow pens contract extension

The 25-year-old, who was born in Wembley but grew up in North Lincolnshire, has become one of the club's most consistent performers after coming through the ranks at Glanford Park.

He missed the whole of pre-season with a knee injury, but came off the bench in both of United's Championship games this season.
