Sharp finished as United's top scorer this season, and has attracted a host of admirers.
Sheffield Wednesday put in a £1.5million bid which was rejected, while Preston and Wolves have been linked with approaches.
But the 21-year-old insists he just wants to go away on holiday and think over Scunthorpe's offer to stay.
"I've had enough about all the talk to be honest and just want to go away on my holidays," he told PA Sport.
"I keep hearing this club and that club are interested, but I've not even had chance to consider my new contract offer from Scunthorpe."

"It's great that clubs are interested and if the right club comes in I'd like to speak to them," he added.
