Sharp is the top scorer in League One, and has 13 goals to his name in all competitions.
And Keogh is firmly established in the Republic Of Ireland Under-21 squad.
Both are sure to have attracted interest from clubs higher up the Football League, but one of Laws' last acts as Scunthorpe boss was to insist they're not for sale when the transfer window opens in January.
"People are looking at Billy because of the goals he has scored, but nobody made a phone call or enquiry about him," Laws told the Scunthorpe Telegraph.
"And if they did, I think they would get a shock - and I think the shock would be that the club is not interested in selling.
"Scunthorpe not awash with money, but I know for sure that they don't have to sell, and I know the chairman feels very strongly about this."
