The two join Peter Beagrie, with all three picking up knocks in Tuesday's draw at Darlington. Matthew Sparrow will also watch from the stands as he serves a suspension following his sending off against Rochdale.
"Nathan's ankle was swollen after the game at Darlington where he was stamped on," confirmed Laws today.
"Stuart was also stamped on not only on his chest, but also his calf as well which has gone very stiff.
"We could be going to Boothferry Park with a very, very depleted squad. But I am not going to bleat about it because I know the players who go out there will give their utmost for Scunthorpe United."
The match is all ticket, so if you've not got a ticket by now you won't be getting into the ground.
