Lillis to make Notts County move

The move has been agreed in principle and is expected to go through on Tuesday morning, meaning he could make his debut that night against Aldershot Town.

As a result, the Iron are likely to elevate Sam Slocombe to the bench for the Johnstone's Paint Trophy northern final first leg against Rotherham United.

Lillis was due to move to Chesterfield on loan at the start of the season, but that move broke down when Scunthorpe's first-choice keeper Joe Murphy suffered an injury which kept him out of the opening three games of the campaign.
