Leeds United requested further tickets for the game, but SUFC have turned it down due to segregation problems.
The 4000 tickets that are left will go on general sale from 9.30 on Thursday morning and are expected to sell out during the two days before the match.
Season ticket and voucher holders have already snapped up 3500, which combined with the away allocation guarantees an attendance of 5500.
With demand for the remaining tickets high the match is almost certain to set a new ground record, and could become the club's first ever sell out at the 14-year-old stadium.
Chief executive Don Rowing has advised fans to arrive at the ground early on Saturday, asking people to be there at least an hour before kick-off to avoid congestion.
Any remaining tickets will not be available for puchase on the day of the sale.
