And Laws hopes that display will help motivate his players against an out-of-form Citizens side at the City of Manchester Stadium.
He told the Scunthorpe Telegraph: "They have a fabulous new stadium, and it will be a real treat for our fans to go there.
"I am sure there will be a crowd of between 20,000 and 30,000. The players are looking forward to it, you just never know do you.
"We gave Chelsea a scare last season, and we can do the same this time.
"It will be great to come up against my old mate Psycho, and it'll mean so much to Peter Beagrie as he played for City and was adored be the fans there."
