"We're looking at four weeks off to get into a settled formation, and getting our back four working together as a unit," he told BBC radio Humberside ahead of tonight's visit of first division Coventry City in a pre-season friendly.
"Especially with the offside rule giving an advantage to the centre forwards.
"I've heard it from the FA and the referees' association, if in doubt, the flag stays down, so it's going to encourage a lot of forward play."
