Iron will face Cods in pre-season

Although Scunthorpe have yet to confirm the game, the Cods said on their official website that the game was pencilled in.

The game is something of a tradition ahead of season's when the two teams are not in the same division, and is likely to take place at Blundell Park.

The two sides played out a 1-1 draw in August, with the captain Andy Crosby scoring for the Iron.
