"If he can progress and do well, you never know, and financially it doesn't put any pressure on the club because we've already got a spare place for a YT." Laws explained.
"To be honest he is too good for the trainees and he will be training with the first-team, although he will still have to do his college work.
"I'm not afraid to put youngsters in the team and if I think he's better than the ones I'm playing, then he will jump ahead of them."
