The third store, which will be a mobile unit, will be situated near the Iron Bar on a matchday and will be open for the new season.
They will stock the majority of the lines available at Glanford Park.
Iron general manager Jamie Hammond said: "It is a great opportunity to further forge links with current partners of Scunthorpe United and also make our products more accessible to our fans."
