More than 130 entries were received across the seven categories, with 25 clubs making the shortlist.
"The awards aim the champions off the pitch as well as on it," said League commercial director Stewart Thomson.
"The quality of the entries is testament to the innovative community, marketing and sponsorship programmes that clubs throughout the League are undertaking in order to maintain their places at the heart of the community."
Winners will be announced in a ceremony at London's Grosvenor House on Sunday March 4, where FourFourTwo magazine's top 50 Football League players will also be unveiled.
