The club were one of nine League Two clubs who did not pay any fees to agents.
Boston, Bury, Cheltenham, Darlington, Kidderminster, Lincoln, Rochdale, and Rushden & Diamonds were the other eight.
Swansea paid the highest amount in the division, handing over £37,080.
Across the division £267,091 was paid to agents over the last six months of 2004, with 53 of the 545 player transfers involving them.
Throughout the entire Football League, agents were paid more than £5million - with cash-strapped Leeds United accounting for more than £1.6m of this.
